We depart to the Concha y Toro Winery, which is located in the most famous and worldwide renowned region for the production of the red variety Cabernet Sauvignon. Just a few kilometers outside Santiago in a rural area we will discover an old hacienda that opens their gates for us to introduce its antique installations to us.
While walking through the French-style gardens and talking about the history of the winery we will get the chance to taste some of their products. When approaching the wine cellars we can already scent the aroma of the great oak barrels. Then we discover the secret of Don Melchor in the legendary Casillero del Diablo or Devil's Cellars, the place where his favorite wine was kept.

Timing:
- 09:30 - Transfer to the Concha y Toro winery, in Pirque.
- 11:00 - The tour begins with a stroll through its gardens and the old family residence. We walk between grapevines before entering the main building.
- 12:30 - On the terrace we taste the first wine being the famous Casillero del Diablo which is a Carmenère. Continuing our way through the wine cellars we arrive at the Wine Bar where we will taste the Premium wine of the vineyard, Don Melchor.
- 13:00 - Transfer to "La Vaquita Echá" restaurant
- 13:30 - Lunch
- 15:00 - Return to Santiago
